Swimming Resistance Bands for Dryland Made for Swimmers
The HALO SPandle (Swim Paddle Handle) and HALO H.E.A.T. (High Elbow Attached Tubing) are specifically designed to allow swimmers to simulate swimming on land. With that in mind, we believe these are the best swimming bands for dryland training.
The Unique Band Design on HALO SPandle (Swim Paddle Handle)
The HALO SPandle grip on these resistance bands allow the user to have an open hand “paddle” like hold. The 10 foot tubing length allows for a gradual resistance through the pull. This mimics the feeling of pulling through the water.
The handle is also thin enough to hold as a traditional band to do core work and dryland exercises.
Add the HALO H.E.A.T. (High-Elbow-Attached-Tubing)
Adding the HALO H.E.A.T. is a must have add on when using swimming bands for dryland. The tubing attaches above the elbow and helps swimmers use a high-elbow-catch. This add on targets lats and upper back as if you were actually swimming.
Four Resistance Levels
These training bands come in four resistance levels:
- Yellow (Light): For users with body weight less than 110 lbs
- Red (Medium): For users with body weight 110-150 lbs
- Blue (Heavy) For users with body weight 150-190 lbs
- Black (Extra Heavy) For users with body weight 190+ lbs
