Kick Sticks (Breaststroke)

Kick Sticks™ were designed to minimize hip to knee drag for various styles of breaststroke. The harness provides two rigid rods from waist to mid-thigh that encourage leg position awareness and discourage dropping the knees.
Attach leg straps on deck. Attach leg cuffs and then waist belt. Jump into sufficiently deep water. Remove Kick Sticks in the water before exiting. Air dry neoprene pad between uses. Always have coached supervision while using this product. Never swim alone.
