The Style Sticks are a great way to teach a swimmer how to rotate at the shoulder and hip. This tool is used by beginners all the way up to Olympians.

In Hip Driven (long swimming), the sticks should rotate together. In Shoulder Driven (sprint swimming), the stick on the hips should remain level with the water, while the stick on the shoulder rotates. In Body Driven (end of the race swimming), the sticks should rotate together.
